Assorted chocolates

Suklaakarkit tai suklaakonvehdit

400 g of vegan dark chocolate
1 tbsp (320 g) condensed coconut milk
20 g of vegan margarine
3 dl Real Berry freeze-dried berries
50 g of vegan white chocolate for decoration

Put the chopped chocolate, condensed coconut milk and fat in a saucepan. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Take the pan off the heat when the chocolate has melted, mix most of the berries with the chocolate (save some for decoration).

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Garnish with melted white chocolate and remaining berries. Put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Cut into pieces, store in the refrigerator.
